The story revolves around Beecher, a young archivist who spends his days working at the National Archives. He accidentally happen to find a 200-year-old dictionary that once belonged to George Washington. From this point he is suddenly facing a co-workers death, a secret society and an American President with a deep secret.
This is a good, but not fantastic, novel. It is a conspiracy thriller set in Washington DC with lots of twists and turns and sometimes really engaging and captivating. It is not close to Dan Brown’s ”The lost symbol” but well worth reading/listening to.
